I have over a decade of business and nonprofit management experience and nearly 20 years of experience working in education. I’ve managed multiple small businesses, served on boards of nonprofits, worked on leadership and administrative teams, coached entrepreneurs, and rebuilt community organizations from the ground up; I’ve tutored, taught, assisted in special education classrooms, worked as a college counselor, given test preparation workshops, and facilitated and presented for educational groups and nonprofit organizations. I have also presented to families and nonprofits that work with students with learning differences on best practices and learning outcomes.

After building The Reading Company, I obtained my Masters in Business Administration in order to better my ability to help individuals and businesses alike in creating efficient, effective systems in order to better themselves.

I hold two firm beliefs in both my business coaching and my educational coaching:

1) I believe in doing meaningful work that bridges both economic growth and social impact; I look to provide the strategic path forward for a business or an individual to achieve both within their community.

2) I believe in equal access of opportunity and education for all children and will continue to pursue all avenues of guiding families to the best ways to support their children.

I received my BA from Temple University, Japan Campus in Tokyo, Japan and my MBA from SDA Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. I have a certificate in Small Business Entrepreneurship from Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts and a certificate in Social Impact and Sustainable Development from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
